Hi, I'm Chloe. I work with women who look like they are holding it together on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted underneath.
You may feel stuck overthinking, struggle to set boundaries, worry about disappointing others, or find yourself taking care of everyone else while putting yourself last. Maybe you know something needs to change, but you're not sure how to stop falling into the same patterns.
Therapy can help you understand what's underneath these patterns and what you actually want to do differently. Together, we'll work on managing anxiety, trusting yourself and your decisions, setting boundaries without so much guilt, and building relationships where your needs matter too.
I'll help you make sense of what's keeping you stuck and find practical ways to create changes that actually fit you and the life you want. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Sessions are comfortable and conversational, with room for humor too.
I also support women navigating chronic illness and health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum, life transitions, and healing from sexual trauma and other past experiences that continue to show up in the present.
I hold master's degrees in Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with experience supporting women's mental health, anxiety, sexual trauma, relationships, and chronic health concerns. As a military spouse, I also bring firsthand understanding of the unique challenges that can come with military life.
I am in network with Cigna, Kaiser, United, and Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also offer self-pay and sliding scale options, including a reduced self-pay rate for military members, veterans, and military spouses. Reach out to learn more about rates, insurance, or getting started.
